"Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning."

Winston Churchill

Public Inquiry held on 10-13 January at Pudsey Civic Hall

FRAG have submitted two very recent High Court decisions which raise further questions as to how harm is considered to Heritage Assets  and will be submitting our comments in the next two weeks.
Therefore decision from Secretary of State will be delayed
and is now expected  -  on or before 26th September 2017

FRAG would like to thank all local residents of Farsley and Rodley who turned up and gave their support at the above Public Inquiry. And an even bigger 'Thank You' to those that spoke at the Inquiry. We learnt a lot about local residents. They really are very special, for all their contributions were well reasoned, temperate, and a credit to themselves and the local community. Thank You!

Even then it would not surprise us for the battle to continue. Therefore the fund remains open until further notice. It's never too late to contribute.

Secretary of State's decision

FRAG wish to pay tribute to the conduct of the many residents that have attended the inquiries. Their evidence has throughout been thoughtfully and courteously presented. It has undoubtedly been of assistance to the Inspector in understanding the issues and concerns that FRAG have presented.
